This mod makes ideology cost cheaper. The multiplier are set to 0.5(instead of 1.0) to same pyramid, and 0.1 to the other pyramid. (the base are 10, so 0.5 means 5, and 0.1 means 1) In example, the costs are 10/15/20/25/30 if you choose from the same pyramid. I have not made the full calculation to post here, and maybe never do.
Simple Ideology and no Shipyard Sponsor Limit: Why I did: Was playing with a lot of weak planet (former dead planets) and wanted to make all use the same shipyard. Why only a merged edition? I decided to make a new mod and did not bother to make a separate file(yes, I'm lazy...). Maybe one day I make a separate one, or just change the name to "bullshit changes mod" or something like it...
Are my mods cheats? Follow your hearth. Yes, the are cheats because they change the game balancing. No, they are not cheats because the changes are global. If you feel bad about using my mods, just don't. When I feel bad about balance changing stuff, I add some layer of difficult to feel better.
Additional considerations: Why are you still reading? Go play the game, or jerk off, whatever... just stop, ok? Stop reading!
