Hi, i want asap mod so i made it on my own, sharing my little cheaty gaming, if needed i can make improvements / less cheaty version (yeah i need all in one package)

Hubs and Disctrict Range expanded to 5 (see some visual issues when hover hub over map, trying to fix it(you just see all cells covered by hub))
Buildings Slots set to 6 + Expanded District to 8 cells, and second expansion to another 4 cells (!!need to rebuild district for 6 buildings!!)
