Makes the Adaptation Generator use all available steam before using other fuel types.

This mod modifies steam production (divided by 5) and generated heat from steam (multiplied by 5) thereby forcing any capable generator to use up all available steam while keeping the produced heat almost the same. A more integrated feature choosing fuel priority would be much better, but is outside of my wheelhouse. It is quite possible that future changes to this mechanic are made by mods or the developers, so keep an eye out and remove this mod if necessary.
Installation
Extract the "AdaptationGeneratorSteamFix_P.pak" file into the folder \Frostpunk2\Frostpunk2\Content\Paks
Example for Steam Users: \Steam\steamapps\common\Frostpunk2\Frostpunk2\Content\Paks
Please note:
Due to the nature of the changes to the game files it is necessary to demolish and rebuild all extraction districts producing steam. This will update the steam production values for districts and buildings.
Uninstall
Remove the "AdaptationGeneratorSteamFix_P.pak" file from the folder \Frostpunk2\Frostpunk2\Content\Paks
Please note:
Demolish and rebuild all extraction districts producing steam to gain back the old production values.
