While I will be making such an additions mod for the salamanders as well, due to how flag mods work in Foxhole, the texture for the warden and colonial garrison flags is the same texture. This means that a mod that changes the flag for the one side will also change it for the other. Thus, if you use the ultramarine additions mod on one side and the salamanders one on the other side, then the flag for one of them will load over the other. This is only for the garrison flag.
A custom mod can be made to have both factions on the texture, but I don't really have an interest in making it; someone else might. Stuff like the banners will still work correctly, but only the garrison flag(the one that shows AI) will have issues. I hope you understand.

As I have specified, that is most likely to happen if you don't have the required mod 00 installed.
If you do have it installed as required, then it might be a mod conflict, so I'd advise in that situation to remove your other mods until the issue is resolved, but it should be fixed by installing the 00 uniform template.
