Is it possible to combine this with the Improve Distant Shadows mod? I looks like they use the same BaseTrackSettings.xml file, so when placing the files in the correct folder, one file would overwrite the other.
I have installed this mode when it was released. Yes, it makes FM sharper. But this mode makes FM look much worse, For example trees. This mode makes this looks so sharp, but it shows all bad textures of many models of trees. I tried to find an answer why trees look so bad in FM, but nobody didn't see this problem. Today I reinstalled the game and i finally see the game in original view. And I see that trees look almost PERFECT! This mode make FM looks bad, really bad. If you want to get sharp image, you can use native or DLSS DLAA with Geforce experience Scaling. This way you will get sharp image and great view. It seems like Turn 10 used some special filters for objects including trees which aren't work with this mode. Thos mode makes trees look like in game 2005. I'm glad that I'm finally found out that the problem with trees look, but it's pitty that I spent 150 hours with this mode.
This mod has no impact on the trees. All it does is adjust the tonemapping and bloom. You can even see in the Silverstone images that this has no effect on the trees so I'm not sure what was going on in your game before you reinstalled.
This mod is good. At least i don't see the vaseline (blurry) effect anymore when in race at least. However i tried to check the mod in Nexusmod search and it cannot be found. I got it because a friend told me. So check that.
