Simply put this mod disables ThrottleReduction functions and makes adjustments to the ThrottleMax, TurboAdjustAhead and DefaultOffTrackScale values. This allows the AI drivers to drive without any changes to their speed whenever the player goes off track or experiences a crash out. 💥
it should be the last mod loaded in the patch file if you are playing with mods as it will also work with all mods that don't edit the handicap.bed file inside of the scripts folder. 💡

Place the mod in the directory of the game:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FlatOut2
Then open the patch file and add a line under patch1.bfs, "Uncapped Handicap.bfs" and save the file

Uninstalling:🗑️
You can remove the line Uncapped Handicap.bfs and revert the patch file to its original state and save the file.
