It's an mod that changes the camera to a first person FOV, which makes the game more immersive.
Original mod was shared by Kristioll, and it was found by me in a russian forum of sorts...
If anyone knows the actual creator, contact me, i'll gladly put his name on the author tab. It seems like this mod was made for some specific individuals, including Kristioll, however this doesn't seem to be the case anymore, ever since 2017.

Just to clarify this mod wasn't made by me, i'm just sharing it here for easy access, so don't think i'm an a-hole for no reason man, i'm just trying to share what was almost "lost-media", good thing it isn't anymore.
INSTALLATION WARNING
If you have a steam copy, use the Packed version of the mod.
If you have a GOG copy, use the Unpacked version of the mod.
