I am new to modded games, but this has really been fun so far.  Unfortunately, during the Rikku battle on the Moonflow, I lost Valefor from my party and I have no idea how to get her put back into the party.  She has totally disappeared from my party.  Anyone else have this problem or have a fix for getting her back in?  Need that mug command...Thank you for all your work in making this a new experience.

Tried using the gothic outfits, but they don't seem to be loading anymore. Texture dumping still works, but UnX just won't load textures anymore. I'm using the archive which has the steam enhancements disabled, because a steam update broke it.

so far, this mod is really cool! I enjoy the new "job" archetypes, and I'm impressed with the creative method that was used to pull it off! Really nice!

But... is it a bug if the current save file didn't give me the Struggle command? I've seen it used in videos such as Primalliquid92's current playthrough series, and its mentioned in another post as a bug dodge method... if there's a way to add it in myself I can try that as well, I'm just brand new to modding files and memory. Thanks in advance!

*EDIT* I did end up looking at your Modding Tools list and used FFXED to put the command back in. I am surprised how simple these tools are to use!

      Hey @yourmailman001
Your missing Struggle because it got removed last patch.
      It's really overpowered, so! :D
Awesome! So glad to hear that my modding tools are helpful & easy to use for you!
      Thank you! :)

Most recent version, lulu's bird softlocks and valefore's turn never comes up in battle. Yeah I can download that editor that was recommended to just un-screw these issues but why should I have to do that just to be able to play through this.

So, I have been playing the mod and so far it's great! In any case, I want to give my feedback about some situations that I've encountered:
    1) Having the Onion Knight model on Wakka's ball makes several Overdrives to crash the game. I would advise using a normal model.
    2) Having the Seagull model on Lulu makes some battles to softlock, as the item either doesn't move, doesn't go back to Lulu, or similar. This happens on the Sinspawn battle on the Mushroom rock part, or at some fights on the Moonflow's Path. Having a normal weapon model fixes this problem.
    3) Multiple use items, and some skills on Irkalla (Valefor) makes the game to softlock as I posted on one of the bug videos. I advise removing both Use and Provoke from Irkalla, but in my personal opinion, I would remove Irkalla altogether from the team. I was able to complete the mod up to the Seymour's fight on Gagazet (not stuck, just grinding arena monsters) without having Valefor as a team member and no problems found. In fact, removing Rikku and getting her after the Underwater boss fight on Moonflow is also a good idea as she's not that necessary on the team. Makes the beginning of the game a bit harder, but since Yuna can still summon Valefor for hard fights, it's not that bad.

So far I'm loving it. It's not as brutal as the Ultimate Hardcore challenge mod (I'm currently seeing Primal's playthrough of this mod as I'm writing this comment) but you definitely need to use your head against many fights, as you cannot relate as much to your stats as you do on a normal playthrough. Having no items on anyone also makes the fights more interesting, and I would also advise removing the Item command from Valefor to have a more interesting experience.

Advices: removing Valefor and Rikku from the original team, but keeping their equipments as they are. Removing Use, Provoke and Item from Valefor. The mod can be beaten without using the Farplane Editor to restore the team members in case an event ingame removes them, as I've beaten the game without having to use it.

That's it. Thanks for your mod!

      Hey @LegnaDrago
Thank you so much for your detailed feed back and reports of your journey! :-)
V4 of the series is the most experimental one - back then I wanted to try out a lot of stuff (Party members, Commandos, Items , etc.)
and far away from being perfectly balanced!
Thank you so much again for your post here, since feed back is very helpful!
Glad you to hear that you had some fun!  :-)

Let me know if you plan on making a new version for this mod pack, as I can give you my feedback and even test it for you if you want. I mostly made it to the end of my playthrough, where I'm making stats now, and noticed many repeated skills and even missing abilities on the sphere grid (not sure if all of them are intended, as I can kinda get why many others are missing suck as fire, ice, thunder (3 levels), many nul spells and similar ones).

Not sure if this is stated anywhere.  Couldn't find it when I was searching for it.  Can you use this mod along with the Seymour one?  Do I need to do this one first and then install the Seymour one?  Also do any of them work with the nexus manager?

Sorry didn't realize I posted this in replies meant to be a separate comment.

So... what am I missing here? Most characters only have access to Attack and several useless trigger commands (Stand by, Talk, Struggle). Valefor eats up my spheres without gaining stats as she is still entirely beholden to Yuna's stats. She most certainly can't summon other aeons, and if she is Dismissed she permanently leaves my party and cannot be gotten back.

Considering the mod is just a save file and nothing else, I can't help but feel like I'm missing something.

      hey @VanessaMagick
Thank you so much for your feed back!
I know that V4 of the series is the most experimental & me as a modder tried out a lot of stuff -
so I'm super thankful for every feed back!

Found out there's a corner pin video filter. Man that thing is way too much fun to mess with even if it does make rendering super long. This will definitely be a fun series:

Had to get the skin mods just to make it like your videos, but didn't apply this first set. Looking forward to more videos!

Hi guys, is this mod including changes in the other 3 versions of the same mod, or will it be select one out of 4 to install?

    Thanks!

I got the answer from mod author -- Thanks!

"Every version is different and focusing on different stuff:

Version 1: classic jobs, easy difficulty, not much changed to the base game
Version 2: new jobs FFX2 based & battle strategies, Medium difficulty, Seymour Guado as a GUEST party member, new equipment
Version 3: Seymour Guado's Journey (he is the main character now!), new equipment, new quests, new skills and abilities, Jobs are supportive.
Version 4: Very exotic jobs & sphere grid, very hard difficulty, interesting if your down for something new, needs new strategies to take down enemies!

Some versions include stuff from other versions (sometimes abilities/spell or equipment), but that's rare.

      So, hope you have fun!"

I have to put the mod in the data folder, right?

      That's right!
1.) put the downloaded save game file in the right folder!
      It is something like:
      C:\Users\XXX\Documents\SQUARE ENIX\FINAL FANTASY X&X-2 HD Remaster\FINAL FANTASY X

BE CAREFUL! It will overwrite a slot ! So keep that in mind.

2.) Check if you have all requirements listed on the mod page (there's also a how to use it section!)

3.) Load the game and have fun! :)
