I tried making it 8k aswell but the game refuses to load all the textures at that point.

Hey, I made this for my girlfriend mainly, but I'm sharing it with other people because I put some effort into it.
I used topaz gigapixel (7.0.1) to upscale this x4. This one was more of a test to see how many high resolution textures you can cram into a boss area, also it's an aeon :)

How to install this mod:
- Untitled Project X/Special K -> https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=683802394
- Install that properly to get yourself setup for most texture mods on nexus
- Download the file for this mod
- Unzip the archive to your texture location example:
Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY FFX&FFX-2 HD Remaster\UnX_Res\inject
or wherever the game is installed~\Final Fantasy X X-2 HD Remaster\UnX_Res\inject - Make sure you're using high texture settings (ESC -> video menu)

- If any of your textures aren't loading, try moving all the textures from your inject folder to somewhere else, run the game, close the game, and then move back all the textures again. Sometimes UnX doesn't properly inject textures, specially when you have a lot or are dumping.
