The mod is as shown in the images, if you don't see changes in the skin textures it can only be because another mod is overwriting them, try it without other mods.
What you can also do now that you know what the problem is is to add some ZZZ (zzzDark Ifrit.pak) to the beginning of my mod name so that it only overwrites the Ifrit data and the rest of that summon pak file still works.
The moding of FFXVI will be complicated as long as there are no tools for the repackaging of UE5, it will happen as with Crisis Core that few mods will be released.
Using the AssetEditor I changed the data of the particles, but it can only be done with the PS4 files with the PC game it does not give you an error, a real madness. Use the same technique as to change the blue particles from Red Leviathan
