im not understanding how to install this... i tried installing the Xput file and putting it in the correct folder. but the instructions dont specify where exactly to put the engine file, so i dropped it in the same spot? i tried to add the line exactly as described in this description but its still not working... both yours and the ffVllhook mod need better instructions...
You have to install this mod first FFVIIHook and edit the Engine.ini with my line, make no mistake about the folder the Engine file is under Documents.
yeah, i mean... can you be more specific with your instructions? there are multiple paths in the documents folder. i chose the path that seemed to make the most sense, Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE\Saved\Config and added your line to it, but im still getting a graphics bug on the sword... im sure it'll be a great mod once its working properly, but for whatever reason its bugged.
The instructions are very detailed on the page of the FFVIIHook mod, you need to put the Engine.ini in this folder Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\
apparently not if multiple people are having the same issue lol. my documents folder didnt even have a WindowsNoEditor folder in it, i had to make one myself. in any case, that seemed to of fixed my issue and its working now. thank you for you help.
checking the hookmod again, i see a section explaining the engine file. idk how i missed that! i almost want to say it was added recently... because i did not see any of that before....
I have the same texture bug as the others, the one with the image posted under "BUGS." Though it may also be that I haven't correctly edited my files, I'm worried about messing around with things too much lol.
Love the idea, I'm quite attached to the CC version of the Buster Sword. Hope it maybe gets patched or something to work without too much finagling... and thanks for making it, of course!

This is amazing, thanks so much. But I couldn't help but notice that it's kind of thick. It's like the front (blade) and the back (blunt edge) was smushed together a bit. The original model is a little wider/flatter.
OMG OMG OMG YES YES YES THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy and excited I've been waiting so long for this!!!!!!! Now I can finally do a Crisis Core "Remastered" playthrough on emulator with the amazing eqprog's HD Texture Pack and then immediately play FF7 Remake after and have as much consistency as possible with this mod combined with the black Soldier uniform mod and the Rick Gomez Zack voice replacing mod!!! I'm so hyped I can't wait! You're so awesome for doing this!

Is it okay if he could distribute it with your permission? With FULL CREDIT from you of course :)
It looks freaking awesome with the Fenrir one!
Would you please make the Fusion Sword of Advent Childrent over Buster Sword?
Many thanks
