Can't for the life of me get this to work. I've gone through the comments, but a lot of the proposed solutions seem to reference stuff from previous versions as I can't find the folders or files mentioned. Not trying to do anything fancy, just normal outfit with the updated hair and nothing seems to happen.
For those who might be confused too, the Wutai version or purple dress version seems work only if Tifa already wears that suit (Not sure, haven't play this game that far), it won't replace Tifa's original suit. And if you also use mod like Tifa's Body ReModeled, you will see the clothes overlapping Not sure how or is it possible to fix it

When trying to run:
"FFVIIHook unsupported game version, FFVIIHook features disabled. Make sure in right folder bla bla"
...it's in the right folder.
I even got around that error by following a method in the Hook mod discussion, but this still doesn't work.
