Change Tifa purple dress outfit to make it simpler and closer in color (Black & White) to her regular combat outfit. Optional file to remove Tifa's earring

Description
I wasn't a big fan of Tifa regular outfit, but I felt her purple dress looked far too much "dressy" for combat so I made a simpler version of her dress with a black-white-red color scheme to be closer of her traditional outfit.
The outfit use the great white panties mod by Gojeeb for Tifa's underwear (https://www.nexusmods.com/finalfantasy7remake/mods/212). If you like my mod, please be sure to give Gojeeb an endorsement as well.
There is an optional file to remove Tifa's earring. The file just remove the earring so it work with the original purple dress and should work with other dress mod.
Installation
Extract the ZIP file into your "~mod" folder in your game directory ...\FFVIIRemakeIntergrade\End\Content\Paks\~mods
If you don't have a "~mod" folder, please create one.
IMPORTANT
If you want Tifa to be wearing this outfit all the time, please install first this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/finalfantasy7remake/mods/9
