I love this mod SO MUCH!!! Honestly, can't live without it now.

My only issue with it is when you pick a materia to swap to another slot, it makes the error sound when it shouldn't. Wonder if that can be fixed?

Am I supposed to have FF7PS1MenuSounds.pak and PS1MenuSoundsAndVictory.pak in the ~mods folder?

It seems to work but selecting something has no sound.

Edit: This might just be for confirming on the title screen, it's not a big deal.

Would you be kind enough to share a link to the mp3 themselves?

    Thank you so much!

Could this mod work for Crisis Core Reunion?  The OG psp version used the classic cursor sfx but the Crisis Core Reunion Remaster doesn't.

Hey there, if I want the volume to be back at 100% but also applied to the newer sounds in the 1.1 update and combined with the victory fanfare, which files do I download and use? Or could you add 1 more separate file for that? Kudos to making this mod though! Love the idea!

Hey, there! Just wanna say that I love the idea of this mod, but for whatever reason, it doesn't seem to work on the Steam version. I have a few other mods working in the "~mods" folder, but for some reason the "FF7PS1MenuSounds.pak" file just won't budge. I might have missed something on my side of things, but I hope there is an easy fix.

Hmmm.... I don't have the steam version of 7R, but I'll need to look into if the file structures are different

Do you have any other mod that changes UI sounds in your folder?

Not that I'm aware, but I'll send on a screencap of the mods I have currently installed. I also got FFVIIHook and 3DMigoto installed if that so happens to be affecting it.

Nevermind, I found that it was conflicting with the "Remake Fanfare.pak" mod, so I'm gonna use the bundle file instead. :)

Great, yeah me and the guy that made the fanfare mod made that bundle because 7R files seem to conflict if theyre from the same folder unlike KH3. I hope you enjoy it!

Why ever this wasn't the way it was originally made and they made everything feel to much like FFXV is beyond me. Thank you so much. Now I just need a mod that changes Barret's name to THE Rev Barret Wallace and I'm set.

This is a fantastic mod, but honestly I would prefer a Crisis Core version because the sfx there are simply more modernized and higher quality sounding versions of the same PS1 sounds. For me, the lower quality PS1 sounds are a bit distracting and immersion breaking. I feel like it would be more fitting to use the more modern versions to enhance the whole modern vibe. I really hope this is done someday, by you or anyone else with the know-how to do so.

      Yes please!

I hope you can do Crisis Core sometime!

The sound quality is definitely much higher quality!

Sorry to bump this up mate (I just finished both Campaign and Yuffie's Intergrade). I'm looking to do a 2nd playthrough for both in the future again.

I hope you plan on adding the Crisis Core SFX in combination with the Crisis Core Victory Fanfare by KeKeffect sometime!

I really love your mod and I literally can't play this game anymore without it.

One of the most essential mods out there!

Ah, yeah I just finished my work on the Project Noise mod for KH3, so I should be able to shift back to working on my own mods now! I'll put that on the list since it seems that ppl want some variations of this! FIrst I just need to find where I can get those sounds without the music in the background... EDIT: I was able to get the scroll, not sure if I can get the cancel sound too

      Thanks! Take your time!

I'll also check your Kingdom Hearts Mod!

Still stuck in KH1. I need to finish this asap and reach the later games!!!

Hey man! I saw you updated with Crisis Core Sounds :)

Everything is working! Leveling up/Scrolling/Sword Mastery/Ability Mastery!

Though there is only one slight problem. It seems the volume for the Victory Sound is too low compared to the PS1 Victory Theme.

I couldn't hear it unless I jack the volume on max.

Is it possible if you could update one more time, but increase the volume of the sound to be the same as PS1 Victory Theme? It's the only thing that needs fixing.

The volume for the scroll is perfect (I just realize it's crystal clear compared to the PS1 version which is awesome!)

      Everything else is working!

Okay, I discovered something just now.

If you try to change your weapons on any character. The sound that changes your weapon is also very low. I couldn't hear it the same way the Victory Theme sound as well.

I don't know if this is the reason why the Victory Theme is also low. so hopefully you could look into this.

Hm? Oh, no whatever sound is there is the default one since I couldn't get anymore CC sounds. I can look into the victory volume in a bit

Alright I attempted to delete the files that conflict with kekeffect's mod so that it would work with that, but it seems like the game defaults to the normal audio if you take it out instead of loading the other mod. I'll make a seperate mod page for the CC stuff cause I was thinking of also making an "activating combat mode" thing as well as any other sounds if anyone's able to provide it. Should be fixed and up by tomorrow!

I really love the idea of this mod though I unfortunately have to use the ATB only version for now because I don't like some of the overlapping remake SFX kind of in the background when going between menu options. That said, I'd really like to use KeKeffect's victory fanfare too. Could there be an option with just the ATB SFX and the level up victory fanfare music together? I tried installing them separately, but it seems they replace each other depending on the load order of the mods.
