So beautiful, gonna try this. I modded Tifa and Aerith, but Jessie also needed some more spark, this will do for sure.

Anyone know how to make this work on FF7R Intergrade on Steam? I know it's to be placed in the ~mods folder BUT it doesn't show up when I switch over to start Intergrade as the path on steam doesn't say Intergrade.

Looking forward to the day that ppl can mod in new meshes rather than:
Recoloring texture maps in MS paint.
It's the same engine as FF XV, I don't see what the hold-up is.

From what I understand they tacked on a lot of extra stuff to ue4 that's making it not play nice for the PC release but I have faith in the gaming modding community :D If I recall ff15 uses Luminous Engine? ff7r uses UE4 but with extras added on top of it from later versions put together specifically for PC release. Which is why people are able to rip from the console version but can't do that yet for PC (that's the extent of my knowledge on this front).

FF7:R has additional vertices blocks at the end of FSkelMeshSection4 (like KH3), custom conditional loading of AdjacaencyIndexBuffer, ClothVertexBuffer, ColorVertexBuffer and additional custom data at the end of FStaticLODModel4 related to primary models (presumably custom corrective morphing). There's also an additional field for serializing in FStaticLODModel4's buffers, specifically between ColorVertexBuffer and IndexBuffer, custom handling FColorVertexBuffer4 (as it's serializing bulk data that doesn't make use of Stride & NumVertices fields).

It'll be months before you see anything trickle into the public archives, as this will require lots of effort/time/energy to figure out. Unfortunately there aren't community-centric crowdfunding spaces; paying one modder via patreon won't make this process go any faster when hundreds are already working on it.

I think I found the best Jessie mod right now :)

    Simple, yet elegant!

I love how you removed her mail armor and cut that shoulder skin and instead put an arm band on her bicep area.

Even adding those veil types in exchange!

Is there a way to change Jessie's pants to shorts or not until we have official modding tools?

Amazing work!! Will be using this for sure now!!

Right now no. Underneathe the pants she doesn't have her leg mesh iirc. Which is why you see some mods able to remove more by just Alphaing out the mesh to show what's undernreathe as seen below:

But I hear ya I can't wait for actual modding tools.
