A Hard Mode edited save file with minimal gear/materia. Allows players to effectively unlock Hard Mode without playing through Normal first.
Sets player levels to 35 and begins with some additional and essential materia to allow players to beat chapter 1 comfortably.

Hello there!~
This is an edited save file that effectively unlocks hard mode with minimal gear, Materia and unlocks.
Here are some details of the file:
- Begins at chapter 1, though chapter select is available
- Characters are set to level 35
- Additional Materia available at the start. I've added in what I consider to be the bare minimal essentials to comfortably clear the bombing mission.
-Starting equipment is as follows;
- 1 x Healing Materia
- 1 x Revival Materia
- 1 x Lightning Materia
- 1 x Ice Materia
- 1 x Assess Materia
- 1 x Chakra Materia
- 1 x Prayer Materia
- 1 x Refocus Materia
- For the fun of nostalgia, Cloud will be pre-equipped with Ice Materia, Lightning Materia and a Bronze Bangle when you first load in.
- Due to some technicalities, Cloud will have the Iron Blade available and Barrett will have Light Machine Gun and Ifrit pre-equipped during the Bombing Mission.
I put this save together because I hated having to redo Normal mode to unlock Hard Mode when I went from Playstation to PC. I also really like unlocking things as I progress, so this save aims to fill that need for me and allows me to play Hard Mode while still doing Normal Mode things like collecting weapons, armor, Materia, levelling up, etc.
