All the other physics are still intact, the mod only keeps the wind from blowing them around when she's standing still since that's distracting and unrealistic. This is just for those who want to use a purple dress mod without it being NSFW.

Well actually it's not unrealistic it depends some places in the world have strong winds that blow direction to direction, and depends on how easy it is for breasts to wobble which determines how they will be blown by strong winds, what's unrealistic is light winds blowing them around, and if she's wearing a sports bra that holds breasts together then yeah they won't be blown around that is unrealistic indeed. If she's wearing a dress however with no bra lol.

There are quite a few costume mods on here that replace the purple dress, but are considerably more modest. I understand where you're coming from, but this is not intended to be a NSFW mod, rather to make SFW Tifa actually SFW. Tifa's breasts are not supposed to move in the wind, it's a bug in the hex code of her purple dress physics file that isn't present in her standard outfit equivalent.
Wow to the ppl, who comment on how useful this mod is. i'd say take your time and comment on about 100.000 mods on nexus that are way more useless or even downright silly. wait no, actually even those deserve our kudos for their autors time. i'd say we troll dumbass and probably lazy users that comment on other ppls effort to make sth better than before.
