   i unpacked the mods in my ~mods folder but it did not change the troops clothing same with the helghast riot troops

      If it won't work for you, it won't work. There is no issue with the mod itself.

      i found the solution, it seems like this mod wont work if you put it alongside the helghast riot troops. it will only work if i only use this one.

   thank you for this. I needed a mod for shinra troops and you delivered! I played the remake on ps4 back then and playing it again on pc. Having mods changes my experience with this game
