Just install any version of this mod that doesn't include stockings, then install the "Tifa Stockings" mod from FlowingOrange. They're compatible.
For example, the black recolor without stockings from this mod will come with one PAK file named "ZTifaRecolorPDressBlack.pak" which you'd put in your ~mods folder. Then, you would download the "Tifa Stockings" mod from FlowingOrange, and put the "Tifa Stockings.pak" file in the ~mods folder as well. That's it! (Here's a screenshot).
Awesome work! Thank you! Looking forward to whatever you do next. I'm curious if there is a way to use FlowingOrange stockings with your white shorter dress variation. I'm sure there is but unsure which files to remove. I've tried a few combinations but end up with some weird stuff lol.
If you remove "ZTifaRecolor_Skin.pak" from this mod and replace it with "Tifa Stockings.pak" from FlowingOrange's mod, it does work...technically.
However, the results are less than ideal as Matthew698's stockings end right at the mesh connection seam, in order to hide it. FlowingOrange's stockings aren't designed to hide the seam, so it becomes quite jarring with the shorter dress.
They do work pretty well with the standard dress and its recolors, though! Here's a screenshot of Matthew698's black dress with FlowingOrange's stockings.
thanks a lot for saving tifas derier from the void ^^ gonna ask you, since you seem to know how to make parts of the costumes invisible, how about you modify the china dress next? the flaps in the front and in the back are rather long for good gameplay, and with the shorter flaps, it would look even more like chun li. also, normal tifa constume, with leggins and remove the skirt, maybe make the whole lower body with a wet look texture? sorry, sorry, i know sounds like i making demands, but i'm just brainstorming. feel like i should look into this myself, but i don't know hard hard it would be to start making mods myself.
Thank you so much, this is the mod I was waiting for before buying the PC version, I think her wearing bicycle shorts under her clothing looks daft. Is there any chance of a general panties mod that she can use under all of her outfits please? Actually thinking about it, Aerith wears proper underwear under her dress so can't her panties be edited over to Tifa somehow and all her dresses as well so Tifa can wear Aerith's dresses and vice versa?
Of course, it's only a small personal preference thing, and I very much appreciate all the work you put into this. If you're open to offering a version of the red dress with red bra/panties, I would very much appreciate that as well. But regardless, the rest of the dresses are flawless IMHO, and this finally fixes the last glaring cosmetic issue I was having. So again, thanks!
From the "white with stockings" description: White Recolor, I have included a file "ZTifaRecolor_DressAlpha" which is optional. The alpha file makes parts of the dress transparent in order to shorten the dress etc.. feel free to delete it if you want the original dress style.
You don’t need the red dress recolor mod if you are using this mod as they both replace the same dress texture, so just install my red dress underwear mod on its own and it should work.

By the way, that White and Gold Dress Recolor by FlowingOrange is looking quite nice as well, and I noticed there were some people in the comment section asking the author if they'd consider cooperating with you to add underwear to it, or make it compatible with your mod. I know there isn't really "compatibility" since you can't separate the underwear and dress recolor, but I just wanted to mention it in case you're interested in sharing ideas or offering your own version. It looks like it would be very similar to your white and black recolor, mainly replacing the black with gold.

My only minor gripe is the purple bra/underwear on the red dress, as I think a different/lighter shade of red might look ideal, and would match the color scheme of the other recolors you've uploaded (for example, the light blue bra/underwear on the blue dress). Here's a screenshot of the red bra from juijub's mod, and here's a screenshot of the purple bra from your mod, just to show a comparison.

I did reverted back to the Original Purple Dress Tifa (no recolors) then just installed "TifaPurpleDressUnderwear" and it worked.

So I'm guessing the Tifa Dress Red Recolor seems to have some conflict right now (I haven't tested the other colors like Green).
I hope this gets fix or find a way to make it compatible :)
Now that I look at the White Tifa Pic. It's actually White Dress with Black Lines without Gold and no stockings from that mod.
So it's mostly using yours!
