Ok, I understood better what you would like for the game, but given the combat system that was designed for the game it is not possible to make those changes with a simple mod, some programmer would have to rewrite all the combat code of the game to implement that kind of system. I only know how to work with modifications of the existing code ATB x2, Limit x2, Stagger Rate x2, etc...
This I had it pending and I take advantage now that I have vacations, although the Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot with the new DLC5 is forcing me to update all the content and I'm putting more hours than a clock.
Gantz, i was wondering if you also made mods for Final fantasy crisis core or maybe you know somebody who does. I love that game but there is one thing that irritates me beyond comprehension and that is the two audio cues 'initiating combat' and 'conflict resolved' before and after battle. If someone could mod that out it would be a godsend for me. I will also ask around on the forum there.
Many of us have tried and only a privileged few who know a lot about UE have succeeded with limitations and you have to hack the EXE to load the mods, the new games that use new UE4 and UE5 are super encrypted and protected, not only have a very complicated encryption also have a specific password for each PAK and a general file that checks that they are correct in size and quantity. It only remains to wait for freelance programmers to perhaps create tools for newbies like me.
