Just checked and I can say that level 4 has more depth than level 1 (which is just minimal, almost the same as vanilla), it's just that. Forgot to take screenshots but yeah.
You mean the Migoto? no need, just drop the .pak file on the mods folder and it should work, I recommend version 4 to notice a real difference since versions 1 - 3 dont have much abs definition.
The .pak version does not need any other program to work, simply drop 1 of the 4 .pak files on the "~mods" folder and it should work as any other .pak mod on the nexus (level 4 is the more noticeable one), the folder path should look like this
