These flip phones are f*#@ing enormous. I guess if they weren't, the characters' hands wouldn't close around them. Would that be any worse than Reeve impaling his head with one, though?
hi, I wanted to report a crash/bug with this mod. in chapter 5, shortly before you face the crab warden where you have to fight 2 sentry turrets and 2 flametroopers this mod is causing me to have fatal errors in that section only which is really weird because when i initially posted my comment and tested this mod, the mod was working fine. I could see heidigger, president shinra and rude using it just fine, but whenever i get to the aforementioned section above, I will always get a fatal error.
I know this mod is the cause of it because i stopped crashing when i removed this mod out of my ~mods folder. could you look into this?
EDIT: also worth mentioning that your mod also broke the backgrounds for upgrading weapons. Normally it’s the spacey galaxy background but with this mod it makes the background superbright to a point of blinding for some reason and it also causes some flickering to occur while upgrading.
damn, you know what? you're right. ever since playing FF7R on release day back on PS4, something always felt odd with the smartphones. Thanks for this! I wish we didnt have to mod this back but its understandable why they had everyone swap to smartphones. Hoping this mod doesnt break immersion too much with some scenes that focus on the phone, like the one with Heidigger
