This mod gives 2B's outfit to Tifa, it's still in beta and there's a lot more room for polishing which I'll eventually get to.
The beautifully remastered PBR textures were made from scratch by Petrarca22, used in this mod!

I included a toggle switch script for the feathers and skirt using 3DMigoto.

--[INSTRUCTIONS]--

- Extract the z 2B Tifa cosplay.pak file inside your mods folder "FFVIIRemakeIntergrade\End\Content\Paks\~mods"

- The skirt folder inside of the 7z archive should be extracted to "FFVIIRemakeIntergrade\End\Binaries\Win64\Mods". Keep in mind that future versions of the mods will not be compatible with previous iterations of the skirt.ini file which allows you to turn on/off the skirt and feathers. The maskless version of this file is not compatible with the regular one.

- Make sure the game is running in dx11 mode. For EGS, for the Steam version, add -dx11 to the game's launch options on steam by right clicking on it > properties > launch options, for other versions of the game, I'm sure you can figure it out by yourself

- Download FFVIIHook and follow the instructions to set up your engine.ini file in the right location (Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor)

- add the line r.SkeletalMeshLODBias=-16 to your engine.ini file and don't forget to also add [SystemSettings] before any other cvar.

- Enable mods by pressing F3 if 3DM is actually installed and running (I won't provide support for the base mod, just ask for help on the 3DM page or something pls)

- Press Shift + P to show/hide the skirt
- Press Shift + F6 to show/hide the feathers

Keep in mind that the companion script will have to be replaced by a new one after every update.

This mod will also hide Tifa's weapons and force 2B's outfit to be used at all times including scenes where she's crying, wearing her gloveless variant during a flashback scene in chapter 11, and will also replace all dresses she would otherwise be wearing in chapter 9.

I used Jenovation's base mod for this.
