Reduce VRAM usage by restricting post processing effects without causing it go over the 4 GB VRAM GPU limit

Restricting post processing effects density and focus on shadering with pipeline
without advanced method like Async or props cache to avoid VRAM go near 4 GB in minimal delay stutter
Make game settings be override by the mods for better optimization in 4 GB VRAM
The non RTX fix can only work for Nvidia GTX 16 series recently


Main File ( Framerate Prioritize )

    For [43-55 FPS Average] then Use 66-100 % Dynamic Scaling mod option

 Optional File ( Resolution Prioritize )

  For [32-45 FPS Average]  then Use 100% All time Scaling mod option

                                                                                                                  Requirements Install Guide 

1. Place Non RTX GPU if using GTX 1650 or other GTX 16 series in game folder "End\Binaries\Win64"
2. Place FFVII Hook in game folder
3. Place FFVII RebirthFix in game folder
4. Place LOD fix "modifiedscalibility.pak" in "End\Binaries\Content\Paks\~mods" (create ~mods folder if didn't have)
5. Place Fantasy Optimizer "Fantasy Optimizer (Ver2)" .pak file in ~mods folder too
                                                                                                      Installation Guide

1. Place "engine.ini" in the mod to %USERPROFILE% \ Documents \My Games\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
2. Tick the file properties as Read-Only file
3. Run the game (wait around 10-20 second until enter main menu)
4. Go to Options -> Go to Camera and turn off all Auto camera related and turn off screen shake
5. Go to Gameplay -> change all Navigation "Minimap" into "Tracker" to save memory for performance (press tab to see Map)
6. Go to Graphics -> change "Character Displayed" and "Character Shadow Display Distance" to "0" value

                                           
                            And it should goes around 60 at first load, then move around should go 50-60 with minimal delay
                                                      
                                    Reccomend to play with SSD to reduce cutscene load-in and tutorial preview delay
                                        in HDD framerates are like in SSD but sometimes there's delay when entering certain cutscene or preview tutorial
