   Thanks for the comments on the page, I posted a video installing the mod and possible tips for the problem, I hope it helps you.
   NOW I left two versions for RTX you can test and see if it is working correctly

   For everyone asking for help, the uploader didn't actually create anything here. (They make this clear on the mod page, so that's fine)
   
   However, framegen DOES NOT WORK with the HUDfix. You will see a higher FPS number, but unique frames won't actually generate.
   
   Depending on settings, the hudless capture in this game will be either fully black, or significantly darker than the final image. This confuses frame generation, and causes it to essentially do nothing.
   
   Until an actual developer creates a fix, keep frame generation off (or deal with the glitchy HUD)

   DLSS doesn't appear as an option despite Optiscaler is installed and menu appears when pressing Insert key

      It will just simulate the dlss option in the game to activate the mod, after that it will choose the upscaler

   So everything is fine until the part where I click insert, nothing show up. Using Rtx 3080 fyi, what Im doing wrong?

      If you are having problems, take a look at the video I posted, it already has all the solutions such as fixing the hud, how to use dlss and other problems that I noticed, I also uploaded some different versions of the mod that already work, I hope this can help!!

      Double-check you're moving the mod files into the correct directory. It should be:
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\End\Binaries\Win64

   Lmao, you didn't fix s#*! with those settings. You turned FG off, even though it says it's on. I did the exact same settings and sure, the hud is fixed and the frame counter says it's about double the frames. But in motion it's blurry af like it's well below 60fps. I turn off that setting, then it looks smooth as butter but the hud is messed up. There's no way to fix the hud. Please alter your claims that have been proven to be mistaken. If you do not, they are then LIES and my honor would require me to report this mod.

       yeah that's likely due to the hud fix.
       I have something very similar, I noticed that even though my framerate is like 1.7 times higher than without frame generation, the game feels worse visually. I tried disabling the hud fix and it feels and looks like the framerate it shows, except that the hud is broken.
       So at this point I prefer playing without that frame generation mode because it just looks and feels better.

    Mine still only shows TAA and TAAU. I downloaded the third bottom file because I have a amd gpu (7900xt) and amd cpu 7700xt.

    Game doesn't seem to start with this, 2080ti. remove it and game starts again normally.
