    Tried the Japanese version. New game intro cutscene no longer stutter! Amazing how this easily solved my cutscene issue. I also tried the stutter reduce mod and DLSS both did no improvement for me. My main stutter issue is in cg parts and this finally made it work.
    The cutscene quality is not much difference to my eyes. 
    Gonna continue with chapter 7 to see anything issue.

      You need a 6000 series or higher to run properly and you may not be able to run the game properly on lower series.
      But I don't have a specific solution for the error dxd12 problem. There are some guides on the web to solve this but I don't know if they are effective.

      Maybe, but I'm not sure, but first get backup of your original video game file, then download and test them.
      For test, you can first download and try the Midgar files "4000-MIDGR", and Nibelheim files "8700-NIBLE".
      game start with  Midgar files "4000-MIDGR", so it's good for test.
      I can't test this problem, because I have not such problem with it. but you can test it, and Please inform here to guide other users too.

      just tried both files one at a time it didnt fix it, i think it need a new patch this one whenever cutscenes start or in photo mode the music in background goes crazy, thanks anyway.

      Now Japanese language CG files have also been added.
      you must in addition to downloading all the other files (in main file section), also download the files in the list below and replace the original files:
      4000-MIDGR-JP.rar
      8200-JUNOE-JP.rar
      8400-GOLDE-JP.rar
      8700-NIBLE-JP.rar
      8800-FOREE-JP.rar

      Important note:
      It is better to first have a copy of the main folder of the game's Movie files as a backup, so that if you are not satisfied with the result, you can replace them with the original files again.
      Please test and let me know the result.
