honest question: does this change only the hair texture? or the entire outfit and mesh of Aerith? as I am trying to combine with outfit mods. Thank you!
This ONLY changes the default hair texture, and does not replace or edit any meshes.
These should work with any outfit mods which use any of Aerith's standard hair textures, which is most of them. Some outfits with custom hair meshes/textures built in may not be compatible. Occasionally an outfit mod that uses the standard texture might not appear to work, but if you set up your load order so that THIS mod loads last, it will often work.
You're good to mix this (along with eye color or makeup mods) with most of the outfits on Nexus! I know I certainly do!
