Thank you for your hard work, I bought the mobile port of FFV many years ago and never got around to playing it until now, only to find out how ugly the mobile port was and not wanting to buy the game AGAIN for the pixel remaster. Thank you for making my version of the game playable!

I don't think the bilinear filter begone mod is available anymore, but there's an alternative on the FFmodding discord. Here's the direct link to the post if you're a member.
Is there any possible way to transfer this mod to the Pixel Remaster version? The spritework is incredible and it's a shame so much work has to go to waste, considering there's no way of purchasing the original FFV on PC anymore.
No. Unfortunately this resolution (56x56) doesn't scale to the Pixel Remaster. I tried mudding the sprites to fit, but it looked terrible. It stinks that SquareEnix took it off the Steam store, but I think there are still keys for sale on a few sites like gmg. I still think this is the definitive version with all the Advance content.
Oh damn, I was waiting for this to be completed for years, and figured it was dead. Thanks for actually pushing through and finishing this, even when the Pixel Remasters kind of pushed it out of the way. This makes the original PC version the definitive version of FF5 for me.
