Go to your FinalFantasyXV\Datas folder and replace folder "Character" with the one in the ZIP file. When Prompted to replace files, say yes.
It will replace files all the way down to character\nh\nh00\model_000 and/or character\nh\nh00\model_100
Remember to always backup your files first!
