Does this actually improve performance? Its hard to imagine something that makes the game look better can make it run better too. And does it work on medium and higher settings too? I like how it makes things look less washed out.
Does not improve performance. It's a low cost graphic enhancer and yes, you can use it on high spec too. In other words it makes the game look better with low impact on performance (you lose about 5-8 FPS) On a side note, I released an updated set up with even lower cost on fps (about 5 fps loss) for a similar quality improvement
