WAR Skill Overhaul

This mod modernizes the visual effects (VFX) of the Warrior job without significantly altering the original structure and animations of the originals. Old VFXs were updated and made more in line with FFXIV new VFXs, with the exception of Chaotic Cyclone (ported from a NPC in Bozja-Zadnor).
