      Should work the same, apply this mod to the Ruby Carbuncle (carbuncle 1) and then go in-game and type /petglamour “Eos” “Ruby Carbuncle”

   can this not be applied to the carbuncle that follows you around?

      I really need to go update the mod for Endwalker. For now, the easy fix is to apply this mod to the Ruby Carbuncle and then go in-game and type the following: /petglamour "carbuncle" "ruby carbuncle"
      
      I honestly think it's better that way since it means only your carbuncle will turn white/black, instead of every single players' carbuncle in the game
