Still works great with Dawntrail, for those who don't have the 3 missing shaders, I'll post a google drive link. Download them, put the files in the reshade-shaders/Shaders folder, you will see many folders and .fx files, they go there along the others files.
An incorrect depth buffer will show errors with the depth of field, and cause weirdly dark characters and AO, that is solved by disabling MXAO. If your depth buffer is incorrect follow the below steps. 1. Start the game and disable performance mode in the reshade overlay (YOU MUST BE IN-GAME AND NOT IN THE MENU). Hit the the overlay key (HOME or Insert Numlock, can be set differently so check the .ini) key for the Reshade overlay to show up. 2. Enable the DisplayDepth shader. 3. Now, if you can see the left half of the screen in weird colors and the right side greyscale then it already works, turn off DisplayDepth and enjoy. 4. If you see a complete black screen, click on Add-ons at the top of the Reshade window and you will see all the depth buffers, you must click on each one of them until you can see the left half in weird colors and the right half on greyscale or black. If you can see the half-half color-grey then go back to Home and turn off the DisplayDepth shader. Done. 5. Now, if what you see is a black right side, go to the Home section, disable the Performance Mode, click on "Edit global processors definition", change the value of RESHADE_DEPTH_IS_REVERSED from 0 to 1, and click on "Edit global processors definition" again. 6. (Optional) Enable the Performance Mode again and disable the DisplayDepth shader. Done.
??? No, you should not disable depth buffer. I have left detailed instructions on how to correct it in the mod description, please read it, it absolutely works.
I followed all the steps outlined in this thread for the what seemed to be the known bug for AFOD but nothing changes. Probably is literally just the UI elements have DOF applied to them and become blurry, should that even happen? I think I am maybe missing some shaders to prevent text from being blurry but the "here" link for additional download is dead? Im certain I did not have this issue pre-DT?
Anyways, thank you so much for crafting this awesome pre-set, I appreciate any help, as I would love to use AFOD just not on text :D
I have updated the shader link temporarily. It only has the 3 missing shaders for this mod, and while it isn't an ideal or permanent solution it should get this preset working as intended for now until the Dawntrail rework. Anny issues, let me know and I will try to sort it.
I will do my best to try and find a new shader link, i am unaware of another repository but am looking into it. Be mindful that dawntrail is coming out soon and I will probably have to revamp this reshade as a 2.0 version to suit the new lighting engine, thus the list of shaders will change at that point.

This is the first time I do this, hope links are working.
