Refits Alee's Lucien Blanc Cape Dress to the Bibo+ Tre (Small) Chest Size.

Refits Alee's Lucien Blanc Cape Dress to the Bibo+ Tre (Small) Chest Size.
The Cape has butt clearance up to Tre Large so it should be good for most butt sizes.
Also included an option to refit the Thigh Belt to the Tre Legs since that was the only part of the original outfit that didn't fit otherwise.
