    Has any Viera gotten this to work when another race? If I (Viera) go to Miqo'te, I'm voiceless, even if I create a voicepack. If I'm a base Miqo'te however, I have a voice no matter what race I morph to

      Good question, I would like to know too.

      Edit: I tried it myself and a friend so I can confirm that it works with mare.
