Fixed a bug in the WhiteBinTools library which can prevent the installation of mods that make use of the ff13tool's import function.

The mod installers are now native C# programs which should bring in a wide variety of stability and compatibility fixes for the installation process.
Depreciated the usage of ff13tool in favour of my own WhiteBinTools framework for unpacking and repacking the main archive files.
Voiceovers will now have to be selected manually by the user from a set of options in the installer program.

Rearranged the fanfare input options under multiple sub groups.
Adjusted the installer script to take input only from the displayed keys on the console. this is possible due to the usage of the choice command in this new version.

Added experimental Fanfare track from FF IX. marked experimental due to looping issues.

Version 2.5
Updated the Nova version's Installer script to make use of Nova's External Setup feature. the mod is now distributed in Nova's .NCMP file format.
Added an experimental Fanfare track from FF VII REMAKE's Shinra Combat Simulation. its experimental due to the loop start point being a bit off on this track. sorry :(
Removed the restore default fanfare option from the Nova version's installer script. Nova's uninstall option should do what this was option doing a bit more reliably now.
Removed message box functionality from the Nova version's installer script.
Version 2.0
Fixed an issue in the Nova version installer that patched the wrong fanfare track to the Japanese voice over game files, when set to install Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn fanfare.
Removed the Packed IMG Japanese and English VO installers from the Files section and merged the two installers into a common Packed folder.
Adjusted the Nova version installer to patch correctly even if only one of the audio data is unpacked.
Added fanfare tracks from Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.
Added an Exit option which should close the installer properly.
Message boxes are now used to display patching and error related messages.
