    Works fine, but the custom big just doesn't work. No matter how many .dds files i make, they won't be added (keeps saying "Unable to open DDS file __________________" and even with trying to make a dxt1 stuff and making the right size).

      So your error is indicating that the program can't even find (or open) the dds file. You do need the full name (for example Blank.dds if the dds file is in the same directory as the mod files). Try running it selecting "(C)ustom" and then type in one of the default names, like "Blank.dds" or "Logo.dds" and see if it works.

      But just for reference, here is the process I use to make any new images. I use GIMP so I'm afraid I will have to tailor it to that program.
      - Open up the "Blank.DDS" image. Since the white color is basically "transparent" allowing the skin to show through, it's a good base.
      - Open up the image you want to add (any image format, bmp, jpg, etx).Scale it to the appropriate size so it will fit in the "Blank" image. About 5-10% around the edges of the "Blank" image will not show up in game. Rotate it so the "top" is to the right (typically 90 degrees clockwise)
      - Select the part you want to use and "Edit->Copy".
      - "Edit->Paste into" the Blank.dds image.
      - Move the pasted image to where you want it in the "Blank" image.
      - Click elsewhere in the Blank image to "deselect" your pasted part.
      - "File->Export As" and then give it a name with .dds extension
      - Click on the "Export" button. (sometimes you have to do this twice)
      - A small popup window appears with the title "Save as DDS". Select the compression format of "BC1 / DXT1" and Mipmaps: of "Generate mipmaps"
      - Click on "OK"
      You should now be able to run the batch file and type in the name of the dds file you just created.
