From reading Draklab mod loader's description here on Nexus you have to create the folders/zip correctly to be able to use it with the mod loader. For example this is just a bin file and you have to manually navigate to where you inject it while with the mod loader it requires the mod aka this one to be within the correct folder structure to be able to inject it automatically for you which in this case would be "/ps2data/image/ff12/test_battle/in/binaryfile" AKA need to create a folder called ps2data and in that folder create one called image then in that folder create one called ff12 and in that folder create one called test_battle and in that one create one called in and in that folder create one called binaryfile and in that last created folder put the bin from this mod.
