1: Swapped around the Quickening and Esper licenses so that they no longer block anything. No more choosing between extras or accidently loosing something due to getting the wrong Quickening/Esper.
2: Made it so only 1 quickening is initially available per board. The other 2 are locked behind the second job tile.
3: Moved each jobs ultimate weapon behind the second job tile.
4: Added Kumbha to every board. Locked behind both the second job tile, and the standard ultimate weapon for the board.
