Hello there! No i did not create the Penelo purple recolor in the photo, that's a mod done by Skopin (https://www.nexusmods.com/finalfantasy12/mods/94) the only thing i did was upscale its mod!
well this mod is only an edited texture, i think for Vaan to have a good looking beard i would have to edit his model with Blender, and i don't have any experience with blender, if i had i would do that for you, i'm sorry 😅
