Use the vbf browser to install the file if your game data is a packed vbf instead of loose files
get the vbf browser here https://www.nexusmods.com/finalfantasy12/mods/3
To install it
Replace the file in
PS2DATA/image/ff12/test_battle/"your selected language"/binaryfile
the file you need to replace is battle_pack.bin
Thanks to vbf browser i was finally able to take a shot in modding this
looking forward to a proper cutscene supported playable fran or viera mod
