First of all, many thanks to Vaan for the release of his VBFBrowser tool and the Zodiac Planner tool, which were used to create this! I've had a blast tinkering with it and brainstorming ideas for boards!

Changes: There is a Text document included in the download which will tell you what each character's new board will contain, as well as which board it replaces. To sum it up:
Vaan (REPLACES WHITE MAGE BOARD) - Fast, physical attacker with support magic options, Vaan is a good Berserker candidate. Belias further expands on this theme. Your only natural Khumba/Shield user, and one of 3 (Penelo and Balthier) thieves in your party. Voted least likely to be relevant to your storyline.
Penelo (REPLACES UHLAN) - Speedy Healer with early game black magick access, as well as all non-offensive White Magic. Uses Rods, Poles, or Katanas. Mateus unlocks access to Time Magic, MP saves, and a few MAG/STR boosts. Has the coolest dances around to cheer anyone up, but don't expect much in the way of physical attacks.
Balthier (REPLACES MACHINIST) - The man, the myth, the legend; Balthier is a Physical attacker with access to Genji/Poles, reliant on Natural STR growth to replace Heavy Armor's boosts. Competent Magical attacker with Shades of Black and Arcane Magick when combined with Adrammelech. His access to select white magicks always coming in handy for the man who can't do it all.
Fran (REPLACES RED BATTLEMAGE) - Your (intended, anyway) most rounded party member, with access to equal Magick/Battle lores and LOTS of gambits. Fran's boasting a sizeable butt speed and MP Save count. With a broad natural selection of Magick, Fran can be a ferocious and efficient battlemage to your party... with access to Ultima.
Basch (REPLACES KNIGHT) - The beefy healer of your group, Basch is capable of throwing out strong healing magic with his access to Serenity and White robes. In contrast, putting on the slow, strong hurt with exclusive Excalibur access, or Tournesol for those of us who hate all things holy is also viable with a full 16 Battle Lores. Hashmal will streamline his role as a healer with access to Rods and MP Saves, while also boosting his physical viability greatly.
Ashe (REPLACES MONK) - Basch's mirror is none other than the power hungry queen with the short skirt! Nothing in her loadout is conducive to defense, Black Knight Ashe draws inspiration from ol' man Gaffgarion. Your second and last Tournesol wielder, Ashe will (slowly) slice all who stand before her into large chunks. If slicing and dicing isn't working, apply one Famfrit to the affected area and obliterate your foes with un-restricted Black Magic access, call in the morning if you have any more problems.
How to install: 1. Extract the downloaded rar to the location of your choosing. 2. You should have 7 files, board_1.bin - board_6.bin, and a Text document. Open up VBFBrowser and open your FFXII VBF, located in your steam folder, example below.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XII THE ZODIAC AGE\FFXII_TZA.vbf
3. Once you open your .vbf file, you should see a list of folders. Browse to /ps2data/image/ff12/test_battle/in/binaryfile 4. Now you should see board_1.bin, among MANY other files. Select "Inject File" at the bottom, select the downloaded board_1.bin, and select it for injection. repeat this process for each of the other 5 boards. I haven't tested out the whole file injection before, might work, might not. Give it a shot and let me know! 5. Now that this is complete, the personal boards should be available to use in game!
Troubleshooting: Unfortunately, I do not have much in the way of advice, as I only utilized a tool provided so generously to us all. If the changes do not apply AFTER the changes, please close your VBFBrowser, re-open it as administrator, and re-inject the same files. From a few discussion threads, this seems to fix the boards not injecting correctly.

I've tried to keep some semblance of balance between each character, and besides certain weapon advantages, each one should have something meaningful to provide to your team!
