Any way to remove this mod without it crashing the game? Since the update I don't really need it anymore bc all the hair is now given to us. But evber time i try to uninstall or remove the mod it'll crash my game saying certain styles are not found. Which like...yeah..thats the whole point lol. Just wondering how toi bypass this so i dont have to take up space with the mod on. Thanks in advance!
Hey TinySeraph! You might already know, but we really loved this mod (I personally use it in my game as well), so we included it in our Fields of Mistria mod spotlight video ˖⁺‧₊˚♡˚₊‧⁺˖
Hewwo, I'm currently using some of the sprites as a template to work out new hairstyles, and since I'm new to modding I wanna make sure to get your permission first, before I upload anything. I dont want any profit, I just want to add more custom hair to the game. :)
I encountered the same error after installing the new MOMI updates. Here's how to fix it! 1. Uninstall your current MOMI 2. Go to Version 0.3.0 > Assets > pick one to download 3. Run the MOMI file and you can see the Mods being added in again 4. Log in into the game > load and see if it works Hope this helps!
MOMI says this when I try install it: Outfit blown_out_twist has incorrect ui_sub_category. Must be one of: medium_hair, short_hair, long_hair. Same for me, as well as another haistyle mod (Tiny Twintail). I'll wait for a way to fix. Its weird because I checked with notepad++ and it's correctly labelled despite what the mod installer says.
Same thing for me, tried reinstalling, copy + pasting the exact string from MOMI into the .json and nothing worked :( I can't play either of my playthroughs at the moment
I can't load into my saved game now too it keeps giving me an error message saying "asset_name straight_long_twin_buns does not exist" even though I've already uninstalled it. Starting a new save file is possible. But I'm already halfway through year 2 I'd really like to be able to return to my saved game :(
the hairs look super cute in the game tysm for pulling them out for us hehe <3 the problem with MOMI seems to be that these hairs are a new category that doesn't match with the one in the game (maybe that's why they're actually not in the game yet?) before the new MOMI update i could play it with no issues, but it seems that the new version goes thru more scrutiny over the mods' code
Hello, Sorry that you are having problems. You have to unzip the mod file before putting it into the mod folder? Also for MOMI to work properly you should put it in your Fields of Mistria Folder and then run it. There should be a popup asking you which mods you would like to install. Just select More Hairstyles (and your other mods) and then Click install. When I tried it on a new installation everything worked as intended.

it's also wise to do this after every major update to avoid errors !

Looks like the issue was caused by an older version of MOMI. With version 0.3.2 everything loads normally again.
Would it be possible to add an optional file to get the hair for free ingame ? Pleaaaase ♥
