so, I have 56 mods, 11 of which are others of yours, and this is the only one I can't get working and I can't for the life of me figure out why. it's in the folder, it's been installed, it's not nested in other folders, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I'm at a complete loss. any ideas?
Do you have something else that replaces the spr_player_base_lut? Try running MOMI and unticking all the other boxes and installing it alone, to see if another mod is overwriting it. If that's the issue you can just change the name of the mod folder to something beginning with a Z so like, "Z_Effe's Fantasy Skintones" to make it appear last in the mod list for MOMI to install, then it should overwrite the other thing.
that'd be it! I've got sparklingwine's softer skintones. don't know why it didn't occur to me that there'd be a conflict there, but glad it was something so simple!
a shame I can't have both, but at least I can confirm your elf ears look great with the softer skintones! lmao
like, tack the images onto each other in one file? unfortunately they're different sizes (yours is 58 wide and the other is 40 wide) and I have no idea how to compensate for that, and just dropping the png into the other folder didn't work ether...
So the reason mine is wider is because mine adds extra palettes. Each VERTICAL line you see is another colour palette. So if you open mine in an image editor, then drop sparklingwine's on top of it and align them both to the left, you should end up with sparklingwine's edited default skintones and then a bunch of vertical lines on the right from mine still visible. Save that and you will have combined both mods.
Thank you for sharing your work and being a pioneer of modding this game :) If you have the time (and any inclination to do so) would you add some grey skintones? Or even explain how you made this mod, so I could do it myself?
Hi there! Thanks! I do have plans to add white, grey and purple skintones (for all my drow lovers) and this one is pretty easy. It's easy to add your own, too, just a bit confusing when you look at the lut file, so I'll see if I can make a tutorial for it.

I'm so sorry, I don't mean to be difficult ;;
