Based on feedback, I've made several changes to the Warlock.
Vicious Criticals now only inflicts Weaken, instead of also inflicting Poison and Bleed.
Vilerot is now a single target spell with a power of 2.0. It only inflicts Weaken, and has a 75% chance to inflict it.
The skill progression of Warlock has been altered.
