Adds two classes to the game, FFT-style Bard and Dancer

This mod adds two classes:
Bard - male only, focused around buffing allies irrespective of range
Dancer- Female only, focused around debuffing enemies irrespective of range
Bard abilities:
Power chord - Single target heal that grants crit up
Not My Tempo - All allies gain haste and fleet of foot
Fortress Harmony - All allies gain Dark barrier and Thorns
Silly Little Jingle - All allies gain Renew
War March - All allies gain Attack up
Aria of the Mind - All allies gain Magic attack up
Final encore - Sacrifice self to give nearby allies Focus and Boon
Dancer abilities:
Alluring Wiggle - Single target Charm
Playful Wink - All enemies tiny damage, chance to add Poison and Magic defense down
Bewitching Lure - All enemies tiny damage, drains mp
Misstep - Single target knockback and Berserk
Mincing Minuet - All enemies tiny damage, chance to add Bleed and Defense down
Forbidden dance - All enemies small damage, chance to add Cripple
Last Waltz - Sacrifice self to deal huge damage to all enemies
