Add the girl in the train and you can recruit her (if she dies you can resurrect her by drawing the symbol of the god of Fear & Hunger in the right ritual circle). You can also decide to fight her at your own risk. The god of Fear and Hunger has new abilities and is more aggressive, so fight at your own risk.
You can't sacrifice the girl(the girl is the avatar of the god of Fear & Hunger so you can't simply kill her or cut her limbs).
How to install the mod:
You need to extract the files and drag the www folder into the game folder
