      sorry for the late reply.
      
      if you're looking to retexture things, go to localdisk->program files (x86)->steam->steamapps->fear and hunger in your files and locate the www folder. then use an rpgmaker file decrypter to decrypt the contents. that should turn everything into pngs that can be edited in image editing softwares. you shouldn't need to re-encrypt the files if you decrypted the whole www folder.
      
      i would recommend keeping a copy of the www folder from before you try to decrypt it just in case.
