Thanks for posting it here, I would've never thought to. Was just looking through my old Steam screenshots and found when I ported this to PC version and decided to Google it to see if anyone re-uploaded the files from my post on "that other site" where you got it haha. You should probably edit the title to indicate this is for F.E.A.R 3
Not sure which site you're referring to, but I'm pretty sure I got the files from some literal-who blog website or something. I actually own one of the two pre-order bonuses on Steam as well. The file size is slightly different for the "real" file but it doesn't seem to matter, either way they're just dummy files unlocking "on-disc" DLC.
Also that's not really how Nexus works, you don't put the game title in the mod name since it's already only visible on F.E.A.R. 3's page. Someone would have to be really, really lost to not understand this is specifically for the game it's uploaded under.
