I found a part in the game where no buttons are shown at all. It's during phase 4 when you get to play the piano for the first time. When the game shows you which notes to play the keys are being shown, but after that they dissapear
As soon as you are able to start playing the notes the buttons dissapear. I am currently replaying the game on nightmare difficulty and I know this isn't the case for the last piano minigame on that one you can see all the buttons you have to press. So this may be a phase 4 only thing?
If you are playing on Nightmare, then it's normal. A deliberate difficulty gimmick for the the game. The game lets you see the control buttons only for the demonstration, for all piano minigames. This makes the Final Phase on nightmare much more difficult because, if you mess up three times you have to fight Sakuya again!
This used to be a LOT harder on emulators tbf so I'm fine with having to complete the song via muscle memory lol Dolphin + m&kb during Sakuya was true pain.

My mod doesnt remove any textures. It only replaces them. Maybe game expects you to remember what to click at that point?
I was right that is how game works. Removing buttons is game design
Dolphin + m&kb during Sakuya was true pain.
So just copy folder "binary" to game overwrite when asked

i think i modified all on screen button prompts. I guess that includes piano.
